✨ Terms & Return Guidelines
• Store credit will be issued for returned items that are in brand-new, unworn condition.
• Refunds to the original payment method are available only for pre-order cancellations made within 7 days of purchase. All other orders are eligible for store credit only.
• Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage along with a photo of the SKU label found on the original polybag packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send you a replacement in the same size and color as your original order.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee replacements for damage reported after 5 days, or if required photos are not provided.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines below:
• Items must be clean, unworn, and free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage.
• Please package all return items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
• Please submit your return request to support@novaebrand.com
• Please use your return label within 7 days of receiving it.
• Store credit will be issued within 7 business days of your return being received and approved. If any issue arises with your return, we’ll reach out directly via email.
